TasE RoboSpray Documentation Library

The TasE RoboSpray utilizes two stepper motors, a joystick in the UTV cab, and an Arduino micro controller to control the pitch and rotation of the spray wand. Below you will find a full set of fabrication drawings and control schematics that you can download and use to build your own TasE RoboSpray.

Revision 1.0 of the TasE RoboSpray was placed into service for the 2018 season. As we continue to revise and improve the design, we will post updates below. Check back frequently or feel free to contact us.

Latest Release

Documentation of Version 1.1 of TasE RoboSpray is released. Version 1.1 contains the following changes:

  • Updates and clarifications of the mechanical drawings.
  • A major upgrade to the controls that includes the option to run the system on 12VDC rather than 120VAC. This eliminates the need for an inverter!
  • Better panel layout drawings and bill of materials documentation.
  • A change to a discrete joystick which lowers cost and lead-time, and is much easier to troubleshoot.
